Associates in Employee Assistance is a clinician run EAP designed to meet the counseling, consultation, training and referral needs of both employees and employers. What sets us apart is that our highly qualified counselors have at least ten years counseling experience in the Employee Assistance field, and in most cases over twenty years clinical experience.

Our intent is to provide the highest quality EAP services. This is best achieved by;

1) maintaining an appropriate ratio of counselors to "covered lives" and

2) allowing our contracting companies and service providers/clinicians to have direct contact with each other to communicate feedback and concerns, always maintaining strict adherence to confidentiality laws.
